Trust and obey!

There is a song out there that goes as below;

When we walk with the Lord  in the light of his word, what a glory he sheds on our way!
While we do his good will, he abides with us still, and with all who will trust and obey.

Trust and obey, for there's no other way to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.

This song has been one that I love and stand by. It says to me that when we trust in the Lord and obey what he calls us to do, be it to support a friend in a time of need, or just to be there incase someone needs to talk, do it! Trust and obey because there is no other way to be happy in Jesus but to trust and obey.

That is something I have had to do recently and always will continue to... to TRUST and OBEY God.

“If they obey and serve him, they will spend the rest of their days in prosperity and their years in contentment.”
